Enclosed control equipment is an assembly of motor control components in a variety of enclosures. Typically this would be a motor starter and control transformer with a pilot light. Our enclosed control can be rated for indoor, outdoor, stainless steel, dustproof, explosion-proof, and many other types of environments.

A customer needed a 3P 4000A 600V 200kAIC Eaton Magnum DSX draw-out circuit breaker to replace a unit that was creating nuisance tripping. We got a call on Saturday AM and delivered the reconditioned/tested breaker nine hours later during the weekend. We have in-house capabilities to repair, recondition, and field modify large circuit breakers up to 6000 amps. We can supply these units for scheduled outages or critical power emergencies after hours on nights and weekends.

These outdoor power distribution skids were custom manufactured at our facility in Hanover, MD with Hammond 45kVA, 75kVA, and 500kVA transformers.

We have full fabrication capabilities in house, including fiber laser cutting, CNC waterjet and milling, CNC bending, 3D printing, welding, and powder coating.
